Another Elf on the Shelf?!?

Malcolm's Elf on the Shelf Reddy snuck into our classroom today! He was in Malcolm's locker when we came back from recess and lunch! How do they keep getting into our classroom?!? Zach's elf was in his locker yesterday!!!
